Multiplying Your Group

1.  In your Soul Care Group be praying that God would our church to make disciples who glorify Him and want to see others do the same.  Another way to think about is that our Soul Care Groups program to help grow our soul care ministry.*

2.  Be preparing your group to multiply by talking about how you can help others outside of your group grow closer & closer to God and more & more into the image of Christ.   This video, that I have often used, would be a good one to share with your group.

  
3.  Identify and pray for potential leaders in your group.

4.  Encourage these potential leaders to come to a Soul Care orientation meeting.  These dates will be made available soon.  

5.  Decide on a multiplication strategy based on the make up of your group.  There are many different ways to do this.  It is often best to start a new group, check http://soulcare-disciplemaking.blogspot.com/p/new-groups.html. If you are not sure talk to Pastor Dave. 

* Remember Soul Care Groups is the specific program we as a church are using to fulfill the biblical command to care for one another growth.
